You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to generate misleading or false legal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Virtual Judge AI and LawGpt Africa. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

Content you create using our Service remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it for improving our services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Judge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
